nice location directly at the river with sea view from the balcony
rather old hotel with very small room and bathroom, furniture to be refurbished. no climate. very simple and small breakfast - altough there was restaurant. no direct access from the " hotel parking" in the messy backyard. coming from spain we were disappointed about the poor comfort.

The twin room with views over the waterway, facilities worked for us. The staff was attentive providing the information. The location of the property was peaceful and perfectly comfortable as we were just next door to restaurant and bar and the sea in Capbreton.

The harbor view room was a highlight, with a balcony perfect for watching the xmas lights on the boats. Breakfast was a well-organized self-service, with excellent coffee. The hotel's location near restaurants and free off-street parking was also a plus.
The noise from the street outside was disruptive at night, and the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The single beds were narrow, and the room felt cramped.

The breakfast was just what you'd expect, nothing fancy but good enough. They had homemade jams which were really nice. The best thing is the location-right by the beach, close to lots of restaurants, and near the riverside, harbor, and more. 🏖️ Lots of dining options are within reach here.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on my recent trip. the location was amazing, situated on the canal to the sea, providing stunning views over the waterway. The room I stayed in had a balcony, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful scenery right from my own private space. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delightful, with various options and even homemade jams that added a special touch to my morning meal.
All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.
